Behind the Book The Progenitor Chronicles
Background of the Planet Texveda:
The tech planet of the Six Systems, Texveda is a combination of the Borg and the Matrix. But they are. They have a spy network that spans beyond the galaxy where nanotech connects each spy to each other. Their spaceships can morph into multiple different shapes which makes it difficult to track them.
The planet was the last to be terraformed. Very quickly over time the natural planet was overtaken by steampunk style buildings. The planet is surrounded by a complex shield network that connects the King and Queen. If you were to approach the planet, they would know before your spaceship could detect the planet..
Texveda
It is the third planet of the two suns.
The planet is mostly flat with a few oceans and minimal mountains.
This planet was the last planet to be terraformed.
The entire planet has factories and research hubs that process the data found by the spy network.
Their buildings and plants are made of synthetic materials, minerals, and AI.
Diamond Palace is located near the equator. The palace is made of circuitry and diamonds.
Texvedans are offshoots of their Desdemonan cousins.
Texvedan ships are the smallest and most maneuverable of the Six Systems.
They are responsible for the technology on all the planets of the Six Systems.
Texvedans:
If a Texvedan imitates you, they like you. They change their appearance regularly to the point that most people don’t know what they normally look like.
They prioritize finding out knowledge over everything. Each person on the planet is equipped with a neural nano-chip that connects them to the spy network that spans across the Universe. They are not naturally telepathic, but the chip gives them a real time virtual reality.
One thing that irritates a Texvedan is when someone steals their technology without permission or out maneuvers them.
Texvedans love to modify themselves. Some augmentations can’t be seen, but many are visible on the surface. From electronic heat sensing eyes to iridescent skin, there is almost nothing they won’t modify. But they do have limits.
The Texvedans follow the teachings of the Ancients. They acknowledge Xardenora being the ruling planet. They helped expand the tree network to expand the knowledge and protection of Xardenora. They regularly commune with the sentient Golden Wood trees.
